I listened to your song and I thought it was beautifully performed and that it addressed the pitfalls of being a single mother fairly accurately. I wish, however, that the song had also included included some of the joys of single parenthood. I believe there is an extra-special relationship between single parents and their offspring brought about by the very lack of another adult in the household. These children know that they are so wanted and loved that their parent is willing to struggle against a society that says their family is wrong or inadequate. For me the choice was single parenting or no parenting at all, and no matter how much a struggle it sometimes is, it's absolutely worth every single minute. That is what I wish was stated more clearly in your song. Thanks, Darla
