I wanted to approach this record like my heroes John Denver, Harry Chapin and Jim Croce — very acoustic and simple.

For those of you who have followed my career, you know the song “I Hear A Clock." Well, that clock has stopped ticking. On August 15, 2007, my little girl, Jennings, was born and what a blessing she has been. It seemed appropriate to re-release “I Hear A Clock."
The unconditional love and support from Jeannie and Jennings is what motivates me now.

So many people gave their time and talents and I would like to acknowledge them.

I want to thank my good friend Wayne Baird for helping me make my vocals the best they have ever been. Wayne’s talents of engineering, vocal producing and mixing raised the proverbial bar.

Wayne has a studio on Music Row that offers great productions. His sensitivity, patience and attention to detail ultimately awarded me with the quality I was hoping for.
