After Paul and I wrote “Check Please” I started
writing I Will. I came up with the melody on piano
and came up with the title and some preliminary
lyrics for the chorus. I started singing it one afternoon
and Paul goes ‘what’s that? we worked on it and the
first version was not what it is today.
We did a re-write on it and it was chosen for
a NBC movie of the week “the Texas Love Triangle” The Cadet murders
I happen to love singing in Spanish so i decided to sing the 2nd verse in Spanish.
