Hi Jon. I just downloaded and listened to your song single mom. I am a 23 year old single mom of 2 little girls ages 2 1/2 and 9 months. I work full time and attend college full time. I relate so much to many aspects of your song. It made me cry for a good 20 minutes. I'm sure that your mom is very honored that you wrote that song in apprecition for her. I know that one of these days I will be able to sit down for 5 minutes and relax...I look forward to that very much!! I would like to be in a relationship but time and energy just don't allow it. Your line about not being lonely just alone was the one the really hit me. I look forward to hearing more your music and wish you the best of luck in Nashville. Thank you for the moving song.... Jon's music is like a breath of fresh air! It runs the gamut from fun to moving, and each song seems to hit a chord deep inside each of us. He is a wonderful performer, and if possible-everyone should try to catch one of his live performances. Keep up the great work, Jon!!

Dear Jon, I'm a single mother and have been one for years. I now have one son home,a sweet 11 year old. My other son,whom is 18,just turned. I had to restrained him from my home,because,he was contolling and emotionally abusing me,since 10 1/2. Seeing a man like you,whom I know your mom,must of felt and did all she should from he heart and soul,to bring you up. It is heaven bless,to see you are giving single mothers respect for all they do. Now,i'm in bad situration,I and my son,because of restraing my son,will have to go homeless. I was brought up as a lady and do not know how to deal with this,but nothing will keep me and my 11 yr old son apart. We have no family and up here ,in this small village,with the rich,a single mother is looked down on,so no help,but your songs made me feel no matter what,I will keep my boy an their is a (Fahers Org.)>>> up here,that do anything with their lawyer and tear down the most sincere,hard working,God believeing *MOTHERS.*from their child.
