The first draft of Cinderella came when I was nineteen years old. I wrote it and it was a standard for me way back when. Every songwriter has a few gems in his catalog that everyone wants to hear…every time they play. After several years, I just got sick of it. Fast forward 25 years and I had completely forgotten the lyrics and didn’t have a copy of the original that I had written. I was trying to remember it and my niece Keli was listening to me and she started reacting like everyone had twenty years before she was even born. Later on, I got together with two friends, Steve and Sydney and each one of them helped in shaping it to its present state. I decided to record it for all of my fans from far and long ago.
